Usage Method

1. Turn on the analyzer's power switch and preheat for 30 minutes. Do not perform content measurement during this stage. When there is no "Preheating" or "Sampling" prompt, sample measurement can begin.

2. Weigh approximately 11.5g ± 0.1g of the sample, pour it into the mold, use a stirrer to level the sample, and place the mold rod to let it fall freely. Note: After pouring the sample, the steel ring must not move on the base block.

3. Carefully move the filled mold to the center of the tablet press work platform, press the lever down in one go, wait 10 seconds, then slowly release the lever. Remove the pressed sample and use a rubber bulb to blow dust off both sides. The sample should not protrude from the steel ring surface, and there should be no cracks on the measured or back side.

4. First, enter the content measurement menu, place the sample to be tested into the slider, then push the slider all the way in (the bottom right corner will display "Sample to be Tested"). Press the "1" key or "Start" to begin.

5. After measurement, pull the slider out completely. When "Hard Standard Sample" appears in the bottom right corner, remove the sample. 6. Press "0" to return to the content measurement menu.

Usage Precautions

(1) Do not perform content measurement within 30 minutes of turning on the instrument. Accurate content measurement can only be done after calibration and ensuring none of the three conditions in section 4.3.4.3 exist.

(2) The instrument should be used in an environment free from dust, acid, and alkali fumes. Due to high dust levels in cement plants, it is recommended to minimize opening doors and windows after installing air conditioning.

(3) Do not transport the instrument when there is a sample inside to avoid the steel ring rolling and causing a short circuit.

(4) Regularly clean residual samples in the sample placement slot on the slider with alcohol-soaked cotton gauze. Do not use a rubber bulb to blow dust, as dust entering the instrument may affect measurements.

(5) When not in use, monitoring samples should be stored in a desiccator to prevent moisture absorption and dust contamination, which could affect measurement results.

(6) If no samples are analyzed for an extended period, turn off the instrument's power. Generally, it is not necessary to shut it down.

(7) If the instrument is unused for a long time, store it in a dry and clean place to prevent moisture corrosion.
